NEXVIA – Return & Refund Policy

15-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your NEXVIA purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Items returned after the 30-day window

How to Request a Return
Email us at nexvia.worldwide@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
